Our rakeback is earned from every bet across Instant, Daily, Weekly and Monthly pools. Deposits and payment ownership
Our Deposit section in your dashboard presents available payment methods based on your location. All deposit methods must be in your name and must not involve third-party accounts. We may apply minimum or maximum deposit thresholds depending on the payment provider. We do not charge internal fees for deposits, but external processing fees may apply depending on your method. We or our payment providers may request documentation to verify ownership of the payment method and the source of funds.
Deposit timing and networks
Our fiat and cryptocurrency deposits are generally processed promptly, though actual times may vary with the method, network congestion, provider processing times or compliance reviews. For our crypto deposits, use the designated network and meet the minimum deposit for each coin. The Deposit section contains the applicable details. Our system does not automatically reject or block unsupported crypto transfers. Deposits not automatically credited because of technical or procedural limitations may require a manual check. Deposits using unsupported networks or below the minimum threshold may be lost and non-recoverable. In some cases a fee may be deducted to recover and manually credit the deposit. If you deposit cryptocurrency, your balance with us may fluctuate based on the crypto's current market value.
Gift cards
Our Gamdom Gift Cards are available in amounts from £5 to £250 and can be purchased using options including PayPal, Visa and Mastercard. Redeem the gift card in your account with us to add the funds. Our gift cards are typically redeemable once, and the code cannot be reused.

Withdrawal eligibility
You must wager the value of each deposit, as it stood when the deposit was credited to your account, at least once before requesting a withdrawal. This applies to all deposits, including sports bets, not just promotions. We may delay or deny withdrawal until the full deposit has been wagered. Withdrawal of your available balance through our Withdraw section requires cleared deposits free of chargebacks or reversals and successful completion of required KYC. Document delays may pause processing. An ongoing investigation reasonably justifying delay or suspected bonus abuse or other terms violations may also prevent processing.
Withdrawal methods and limits
Our withdrawals use methods in your own name issued by a financial institution operating within your jurisdiction and return to a matching personal method. We may request payment-method ownership documents at any time. Our refund policy permits winnings withdrawals to a bank account, QIWI wallet, WebMoney wallet, Yandex Money wallet or Bitcoin wallet, subject to the applicable regional and matching-personal-method requirements. Our minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in your Account. Submitted requests are reviewed and we may request additional KYC if necessary. We do not impose a fixed maximum monthly withdrawal limit, but may process large withdrawals in structured instalments for operational, security or compliance reasons. Withdrawal fees and fiat processing
A withdrawal fee may apply and is displayed before confirmation. Third-party payment providers charge it, and we do not make any profit from deposit or withdrawal fees set by third parties. Our fiat withdrawals may use bank transfers or e-wallets depending on your region, with processing times varying by provider. We do not charge internal fees for fiat withdrawals, though the bank or e-wallet provider can add its own charge.
Crypto withdrawals
For our cryptocurrency withdrawals, provide a valid and compatible wallet address for the selected coin and network. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. We are not responsible for losses including incorrect wallet details, incompatible wallets, unsupported networks, third-party wallets outside your control or loss of wallet access through compromised keys or external interference. Withdraw in the same currency you deposited, since coin swapping is not supported. Our crypto withdrawals are typically fast, but timing may vary with network congestion and internal review. A third-party withdrawal fee or miner fee may apply depending on the currency.
Refund requests
We consider a refund request only within 24 hours of the deposit, or within 30 days if you provide sworn statements that another individual or a minor accessed the playing account. For a deposit made through a payment system or payment aggregator, refund requests must be made directly to that payment system or aggregator. We may withhold a refund or reversal until identity is adequately established and may request notarised or certified identification under applicable law. If it is not supplied within 30 days of our request, the refund or reversal will not be effected, the account will be closed and all account funds forfeited. That decision is final, binding and not subject to appeal.

Account details
Your registration information with us must be truthful, accurate and up to date. You must update your account details if your personal details change. We allow only one active Account per user. Creating or using multiple accounts, intentionally or unintentionally, breaches our terms.
Identity checks
Identity verification is not mandatory to play, deposit or withdraw with us, but we may request it for certain withdrawals, particular promotions or routine regulatory checks. We may conduct KYC checks at registration or later, especially when specific financial thresholds are met or specific risk factors arise, to meet legal requirements or protect account integrity and compliance. During our KYC checks, we may request documents confirming identity, age, address and source of funds, including government issued ID, a utility bill or bank statement and payment-method information. Not responding to our KYC request or supplying incorrect or incomplete information may breach our terms.

Self-Exclusion
